Tuesday, November 8th, 2011My birthday was last week. I travelled to Seattle to visit friends, and inadvertently signed myself up for a boozy 21st birthday at the dyke bars, American-style. Apparently, “trying to make out with everyone, puking, and blacking out is part of the AMERICAN DREAM!” I generally don’t drink, but I couldn’t refuse – it’d have been disrespectful to their culture!

Tuesday, April 19th, 2011This has been one of those weeks when nearly every day has required me to get up before 8am. This is the one day I can actually sleep in, and here I am up at 8am again. Foolish!
